A*STAR IME launches four joint labs to help semiconductor industry

As an Advanced Semiconductor Joint Lab partner of the "A*STAR Institute of Microelectronics (IME)" in Singapore, PINK provides its vacuum soldering system for wafer bonding and reflow bumping, type VADU 200XL-W, to the institute for research and development in the field of semiconductor industry.
