11. Spare parts

To the extent that there is an obligation for the supply of spare parts, such obligation shall be limited to a period of five years from receiving the delivered goods.

12. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction, choice of law

Place of performance shall be our registered place of business in Wertheim. Place of jurisdiction, in our own discretion, shall be Wertheim/Mosbach or the competent court for the customer's registered place of business. The German law applies, excluding the UN law on sales (CISG).
