QA System policy statement
To comply with agreed customer demands regarding planning, implementing and monitoring all quality-related activities in our company, our company has introduced a quality assurance system in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008
which is practiced throughout the whole enterprise.
This QA documentation, comprising of this organisation manual and the documents referred to therein, for example process instructions, are binding for all employees of our company.

The management representative must ensure that the QA system is maintained, must regularly report on the QA system performance and necessary improvements (for example on the basis of internal audits) and promote the awareness for the necessity to meet customer requirements within the company. For this, the representative needs support from the management and all the company's employees.
Above measures shall help realise the company's quality policy described on the preceding page. So our quality policy intends to serve as a binding guideline for all employees, for quality-conscious, customer-focussed and responsible acting.
