In conjunction with extensive manufacturing, the design principle of the VSD system ensures outstanding vacuum drying oven properties: rounded corners and edges, an
interior as from a single mold. The heated shelves, floor and ceiling are double-walled and merge seamlessly with the chamber walls. Thanks to optimum heat circulation,
the walls, too, are homogeneously heated and do not act as condensation surfaces.
The VSD series comes standard with GMP/FDA turning latches that automatically lock into place and can be cleaned easily (no threads!).
Options:
Double-chamber or reach-through version mounted between clean room and gray rooms. Enquire for other versions with features extending beyond the standard.
