Following the contaminant-free loading with the aid of a loading and support cart, the operating chamber is purged with inert gas to remove all concentration of
explosives.
The fans and heater are then turned on for drying and the gas atmosphere that now contains the solvents can be fed to the external condenser in partial flow mode.
The condensed vapor is collected in a eliminator and moved to a safe and secure container.
Since the system operates in closed-cycle mode the remaining partial flow is rerouted to the system.
